New to First UMC Sealy? New to the community or just want to learn more about our church?
In these classes, you will get to know more about our church and the United Methodist Church in general. Other topics may include how the Bible came to be in its current form, who the Wesley brothers were, what their Methodism movement was all about, what Methodists believe and why they/we are called “Methodists.”
Even if you are already a member of the congregation, you are invited to attend for the refresher and to meet the new folks.
We look forward to getting to know you and would like to give you the opportunity to hear briefly about the many ministries and committees in which you can participate. Hopefully, you will consider joining FUMC in membership during the following Sunday’s services.
