About First Kids Mother's Day OutGoals & ObjectivesCurriculum is the total program that a child experiences while enrolled at First Kids. It includes the daily schedule, planned activities, daily routines such as eating and toileting, free play, outside time, creative art, science, music, story time, gross and fine motor activities.
The objective of curriculum planning is to provide activities for all areas of a child’s development: physical, emotional, social and cognitive through an integrated approach. Believing that children learn concepts and life skills best with a “hands on” approach, the teachers plan activities that involve the children in experiential learning. School HoursThe school hours are 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. First Kids follows the Sealy ISD calendar.
